Arizona Federal Theatre box office is located on 4th Ave and Washington in downtown Phoenix. Please have a PHOTO ID, the CREDIT CARD the tickets were purchased on, and your CONFIRMATION number. WILL CALL PICK-UP: Arizona Federal Theatre requires that customers picking up WILL CALL tickets furnish the following: 1) PICTURE IDENTIFICATION THAT MATCHES THE PICK-UP NAME 2) CONFIRMATION NUMBER THAT MATCHES THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT ALTERNATE WILL CALL PICK-UP: If another person, other than the person ordering and paying for the tickets, is picking up a WILL CALL order, the ALTERNATE PICK-UP name MUST be on the account. To get the alternate pick-up name noted on the account, the original purchaser MUST contact Ticketmaster at (800) 745-3000, ask for customer service, verify account information and request alternate pick-up.

Parking
Adjacent parking garage is at 4th Ave and Adams (Adams Street Garage). Spaces are available to purchase on line and through the box office. Pre-buy and secure a covered space for only $10.
Rules
No backpacks or large purses will be allowed. Small purses and fanny packs will be subject to search. Every individual entering the Theatre will be subject to search. No outside concessions allowed. No pets other than "assisting" animals. Smoking in Facility: The Arizona Federal Theatre is a non-smoking facility. Smoking areas outside building are available, depending on event. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Binoculars are allowed No Laser Pointers allowed No Video Cameras allowed No Recorders allowed CHILDRENS RULES: Everyone including infants must have a ticket.
