Will Call Info
Will Call may be picked up on the day of the event at the will call desk at the museums south entrance. Customers must present the credit card used to place the order, a valid photo I.D. and the confirmation number.
The Field Museum is fully wheelchair accessible. Visitors with wheelchairs or with strollers can be dropped off at the west door. Handicapped parking is available in nearby lots on a first-come, first-served basis. Wheelchairs are available for rent at the west door.
Parking is available off of McFetridge Drive for a flat rate of $10-12. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, discounted parking is available in lots south of Soldier Field at a flat rate of $6.
General Rules: Photography and video taping is NOT allowed in the exhibitions. Food and drink will NOT be allowed in the exhibitions.
Child Rules: Children 2 years old and younger are admitted free to the museum without the need of a ticket. Discounted tickets for children 3-11 years old and students are available.
